Thermoplastic Packaging Machine can be used for fully automatic online shrinkage packaging of products, using a folded film and sealing the other three sides. The constant temperature heating and sealing system can automatically detect products using photoelectronics, and can choose between automatic feeding and manual feeding modes for sealing PE and POF heat sealing films. The sealing is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting. When changing the product size, only simple adjustments need to be made through the handwheel, without the need to replace any components, reducing product replacement time and making it easier to operate. The adjustable front-end feeding system and the back-end storage work platform enable the entire machine to operate at high speed and unmanned automatically.

This machine adopts a stainless steel heater and a high-power air supply motor,which makes the heat shrinking furnace warm up quickly,with large air volume and uniform air flow.The conveyor belt temperature and furnace chamber temperature can be adjusted according to the size and output of the product, achieving the best shrinkage effect.

3.Double layer heat resistant and insulated cord fabric, greatly reducing heat loss.
4.The conveyor chain adopts a 10mm roller and is externally wrapped with high-temperature resistant silicone tubing,which can with stand heavy objects without deformation of the roller.Optional mesh conveyor.
