This machine is designed for fully automatic online shrink packaging of products, employing a folded film and sealing three sides efficiently. Thanks to its constant temperature heating and sealing system, the machine utilizes photoelectric detection to automatically identify products, offering both automatic and manual feeding modes for sealing PE and POF heat sealing films. The seals produced are robust and aesthetically pleasing, making it particularly effective for POF sealing and cutting. Adjusting for different product sizes requires only simple hand wheel adjustments, eliminating the need to replace any components and significantly reducing product changeover time for easier operation. The machine features an adjustable front-end feeding system and a back-end storage platform, allowing for high-speed, unmanned operation.

Equipped with a stainless steel heater and a high-powered air supply motor, the heat shrinking furnace heats up quickly, providing a large air volume and uniform airflow. Both the conveyor belt temperature and furnace chamber temperature can be fine-tuned based on product size and output, ensuring optimal shrinkage results.

The electronic governor allows for arbitrary adjustment of conveyor belt speed.

The machine features a double-layer insulation device, ensuring the exterior remains cool to the touch.

Crafted with double-layer heat-resistant and insulated cord fabric, dramatically reducing heat loss.

The conveyor chain is fitted with a 10 mm roller, encased in high-temperature resistant silicone tubing, capable of supporting heavy loads without roller deformation. An optional mesh conveyor is also available.
