HX350MF-JY Printing and Intermittent Die Cutting Machine

The HX350M-JY Intermittent Printing and Die-Cutting Machine is a new wide-format die-cutting product developed by our company to meet the needs of domestic and international markets. This machine features stations for unwinding, web guide, printing (single color), die-cutting, waste discharge, rewinding (large and small rolls), and cutting (optional). It enables functions such as electric unwinding, automatic web guide, independent waste discharge, automatic cutting (optional), full rotary/intermittent die-cutting, and rewinding of large and small rolls. With high operating speed and superior performance, it is an ideal next-generation label die-cutting equipment.

This die-cutting machine extensively uses servo motors, ensuring the accuracy of each movement. The unique design of the servo tension system and alignment correction system allows for processing base paper of varying thicknesses and with tight or loose edges into equally high-quality products. The machine utilizes frequency converter speed regulation and PLC control, with a touch screen interface and servo tension device for convenient operation and quick adjustments. It features precise length measurement functions for both sections and the entire web of base paper. High-quality materials and components are selected, and advanced manufacturing processes are employed. Imported bearings are used throughout the machine, ensuring long-term durability.
