TECHNICAL FEATURE
This machine is a new type of machine independently developed by our company, which mainly has the following eight functions:
1.Automatic paper feeding: Using a knob control, the operation of the knob can achieve the work of paper feeding;
2.Automatic tension: Adopting an automatic tension control system, after adjusting the tension setting, as the work progresses, the tension can be automatically adjusted to ensure stable production;
3.Paperless shutdown: Use an electric eye to detect the status of the paper feeding position. When there is no paper at the feeding position, the machine will automatically stop;
4.Dual rewinding function: This machine is equipped with 1-inch and 1.5-inch rewinding shafts for slitting small rolls, and also equipped with 3-inch rewinding shafts to complete the function of rewinding large rolls;
5.Independent web-guid system: equipped with a complete automatic web-guid system, it improves the accuracy of die-cutting and slitting, and improves product quality;
6.Automatic counting and meter counting: can simultaneously measure the quantity of products and the number of meters worked;
7.Drawer style magnetic roller replacement: Place the magnetic roller in a device like a drawer, and when it needs to be replaced, it can be directly pulled out, saving time and effort;
8.Cylinder-Knife waste disposal: Adopting a scraper type waste disposal method, replacing the previous roll type waste disposal. Employees do not need to deliberately clean up waste edges to improve their work efficiency;
